Her focus is in making sure you make it safely from point A to point B, period! She has trained in Women’s Self Defense for 20 years and trained over 10,000 women. She is also a recently retired accomplished Law Enforcement Officer of 16 years. Her specialty is in working and training in High-Risk Tactical Operations and ultimately trained as a Master Instructor in Firearms, Defensive Tactics, Ground Control, Response to Resistance, Officer Survival, Tactical Medical, Vehicle Close Quarter Battle, graduated SWAT Entry school in 2008, and was assigned to multiple high level cases as a member of the Region Narcotics Team assigned to the D.E.A. Task Force for five years. She has also worked with many private clients, spoken in front of countless groups, been featured on Fox News, ABC, NBC, CBS, local media, written articles for In Style, Glamour, Elite Daily, been featured on podcasts in support of her training programs.
